Needs Assessment The GCS sales process is a technical assessment of your needs. All of our GCS technical sales people strive to supply quality customer service. We often provide suggestions that make the customers informed of options of which they might not be aware.
Installation The GCS senior technician has on average 10 years experience in data/voice cabling. Strict
quality control is enforced by on-site supervision and via Operations Management. "My Way" 'is not the
"GCS Way." GCS technicians understand that this militancy on quality control is imperative in separating GCS from
the competition.
Service When you need us GCS responds. If you require 3 additional drops tomorrow or you require a new

working in construction sites. This type of environment has constant changes. We have to react quickly

cabling and security work you are double paying. When we pull cable down a hall for data/voice it is
simply more cost effective to have the same crew pull the security cable. The cabling part of the
electronic security installation is typically at least 40% of the total job cost. We can simply do it faster,
cheaper, and with better quality.
Electronic security providers use the same guys who trim the devices and program the panels to pull
the cable. They technicians are more expensive and they are not as good at pulling cable as
professional cable pullers. Would you have your electrician paint your house? Or course not, why should
an over-qualified technician waste your money pulling cable? We use our trim and program techs for just
this part of the job.
